Track Your Order

1. You will receive a "Confirmation of Order" email right after you made payment online. If you wish to check your order, you may log in to your account; or email us at email address
2. Order will be processed and dispatched around 1 - 5 working days and subject to item's availability.
3. Made to order item's and pre-order item's will have a longer dispatch time.
4. Estimate time of arrival varies from different courier services.
5. Crown Furniture & Carpets may at its discretion request customers for further delivery charges in the event that there may be a weight or volume discrepancy posted by the courier service provider.

2. Additional fees will apply per trip for deliveries with limited accessibility or with no lift access. Labour charges for inaccessibility to lift / using staircase
3. Fee On Last Minute Change Of Delivery Time / Delivery Address / Cancellation: Our delivery team will call to confirm your delivery date/address, once the date and address is mutually agreed, we will proceed to book a truck and arrange for delivery. You can call to change the delivery date/address but we need an advance notice of at least 3 working days. Any cancellation/delivery date/delivery time/delivery address change that is made 2 working days before the delivery date will be subjected to a fee chargeable by the transport provider.
4. We aim to deliver the Product to you at the place of delivery requested by you in your Order.
5. Please read all the Shipping Charges and Estimate Delivery Time before making an order.
6. If you are not available to take delivery, kindly email us in advance at crownhandicrafts @gmail.com with your Order number, your name and address.
7. If you would wish to change your delivery address, kindly email us in advance at crownhandicrafts@gmail.com with your Order number, your name and address.
8. In the event that the Products has been dispatched and delivered to the address requested by you and was signed off by anyone else's. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses as a result.
9. All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon delivery. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Product.
10. Please ensure that you are available to accept delivery.If delivery is missed, a second delivery attempt can be arranged, costs of which will be borned by the Buyer
11. If delivery is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within one week of our first attempt to deliver the Product to you) accept delivery, we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
12. charge you for any fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or no longer make the Product available for delivery and notify you that we are immediately cancelling the applicable order, in which case you will not received a refund or exchange as a remedy.
13. For Deliveries other than KL and Selangor but within West Malaysia: All carpet rugs are delivered via courier partners. For Funiture, Carpet Roll and Carpet Tiles we deliver via Third-party Transporters who do bundle deliveries of several parties and deliver together. This helps to save customer's logistic cost compared to direct dedicated lorry charges. But the drawback is date and time are not fixed. It depends on the Transporter lorry schedule and their goods frequency. Once the goods pickup by the Transporter, their driver will contact customer and deliver as per their time off arrival. And the driver will drop your goods at your entrance, and will leave . No assembly or moving of goods will be done. If you wish to have a strict time confirmation, then please choose for dedicated lorry to reach as per your time slot. Charges are mentioned in above shipping charges chart - state wise.
