RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request for the return the product to us on the spot of your delivery. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable return requests. We however reserve the right to refuse or deny any or all requests for return at our sole discretion.

www.crownhandicrafts.com.my does not provide direct / immediate exchange of returned goods. Instead, upon the successful return and acceptance of your return goods, “Store Credits” will be issued to you via “Your Store Account” for you to make any new orders on www.crownhandicrafts.com.my Please note that “Store Credits” issued for returns will be based on your original order transaction amount after deducting any shipping costs that was included. Unless otherwise indicated by www.crownhandicrafts.com.my in writing, customers are responsible for any cost of sending their return goods to for assessment.

Goods that is to be returned should remain unused and with any price or brand tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled or been exposed to water, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer (at the customer’s own expense) and the request for return will be denied.

Reason of defects not considered as “manufacturing defect” and are not entitled for Return:

  • Occasional sprouting pulls or loss of single tufts of fiber. This is a very common with wool, viscose and acrylic fibers, and is considered normal.
  • Shedding. (This can be reduced by vacuuming the rug at a low power mode at least once a week)
  • Actual colors may vary – This is due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, the color of products may appear different on different monitors.
  • Rolling marks. (These can disappear with routine vacuuming)
  • Rugs recently removed from a bag may have crease marks – which will disappear by itself within a weeks time.
  • Slight size differences – as mentioned in the given Disclaimer that all rugs and furniture may have 1-5cm size difference from length width or height.
Please take note that request for returns made after 5 days upon receipt of goods will only be granted solely at our discretion. Please seek to return goods immediately upon receipt of the goods if you are not satisfied with the goods received or within 5 days upon www.crownhandicrafts.com.my official acceptance of your request for return. Goods returned beyond this given time frame will not be entertained and accepted at the discretion of www.crownhandicrafts.com.my

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT FOR VALID RETURN

  • Proof of purchase (Order Number, Tax Invoice, etc.)
  • Bank details in Shipping Label if the original payment is made via eGHl
  • To include printed Shipping Label and MajuHome Concept Tax Invoice together with the return goods
  • Reason for return has to be valid and the return acceptance conditions met. (please refer “Frequently Asked Questions” page)

AMENDMENT/ CANCELLATION POLICY

Change of order or cancellation is not allowed after confirmation.

REFUND POLICY

  1. Please ask for the delivery team to return the goods immediately upon receipt of the said reject goods should you find the goods to fall short of your expectation or satisfaction or do so within 5 working days upon receipt of products. Your request should include the reason(s) for the return.
  2. Returns will require that the product(s) in question be sent, in their original condition of receipt within 5 days, to the following address

  4. Kindly note that in the process of the return of the said reject goods, the delivery of the goods back to us shall be solely born by the Customer at their own cost. In addition to that, in order to investigate the reason for return, we reserve the right to request that the product in question to be subjected for further evaluation and consideration. This does not automatically lead to an obligation on the part of www.crownhandicrafts.com.my to accept the request for return.
  5. Please note that items that are damaged due to purchaser’s fault or due to normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. This assessment will take 3-7 working days upon our receipt of the returned item.
  6. For return requests that have been accepted, we will issue online Store Credits for your replacement order or your next purchase on www.crownhandicrafts.com.my You can check the status of your return request or Store Credit update via Your Store Account.
  7. Note that Store Credits issued for returns will be based on your original order transaction amount less any shipping costs that was included.
  8. All approved refund order shall subject to 3-14 working days for payment being refunded to original payment method.
