8. What kind of warranty comes with your products?
CARPETS & RUGS:
As with all wear and tear products, our rugs do not come withwarranty. However, we use high quality materials to make our rugs. It willlast you a long time with proper care.
FURNITURE:
Our furniture is made up of solid wood which is considered to last generations. It is made in cottage industry where artists carve their art on each furniture pieces all by hand, hence no mechanical or electronic structure is involved in furniture which needs warranty. These can be re-polished or restored to enhance its grace. We have a team of professional experts and can provide you service to restore your furniture.*Note no warranty or service on wear and tear fabric, textile, cushion, upholstery.
CARPET ROLL & CARPET TILE FLOORING:
The carpet roll wall to wall and carpet tiles come with an Antishock warranty and limited wear and color warranty depends on type material and collection. Please view the period of warranty and complete details in the description & specification tab of each product.
9. Are the products displayed on the website are showing the actual true colors?
Yes, the products showcased on the website are mostly using actual products to maintain true colors of the products. However, depending on the resolution of your device's screen, there might be slight variation in the color of the actual product and it's website image. However, the colour should not fall of a different group of colour, e.g.; Red vs Green

12. If I share my room pictures with you, will you be able to suggest a good rug?
Yes, of course. Just share your pictures via whatsapp and our team will suggest the best possible options for your requirement.
13. How do I arrange my rug in my home (living room, dining room, bedroom, indoor-outdoor areas)?

15. Does the retail store have all the products shown in Crown online store?
All products are in our online store. However, all products listed may not be displayed in the showroom. To ensure that the products you are looking for are available in our retail stores you can contact us beforehand.
16. What are Made-To-Order Items?
At Crown, we aim to offer a wider range of furnishing styles and designs for you. To achieve this, certain items may only be produced specially according to your order. Such items under the made-to-order programme may be customized to your preference for choice of material, design, color and so on. Made-To-Order items will take 4-8 weeks' time for production or as stated.
17. How do I care/maintain my Rug?
The main basis of rug care will be regular vacuuming of the rugs to remove any loose soil/dirts. This will help prolong the life of the rugs.
Any spills or heavy soiling should be attended immediately to avoid any permanent damage that may be caused to the carpet fibre.

18. The product I'm interested in is no longer available. When will it be in stock again?
There can be few possibilities for the product not in stock.
- Product sold out, and now out of stock. It may replenish timely unless it's discontinued from future factory production.
- Clearance collection which may no longer be available, instead new and updated collections are produced keeping in mind with the latest and on-going design color trends.
However, please contact us via WhatsApp or email for the products that you’re interested in, and we will try to accommodate your needs.
ORDER & PAYMENT
1. How can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by selecting ‘Track Your Order’. Then, key in your Order ID and email address in the designated fields. You will be able to see the status of your order; Processing, Cancelled, Failed, Refunded, or On Hold.
2. Can I change/cancel my order?
Once you place an order, we begin to process orders immediately.
Please contact us via Whatsapp or email us the same day you made purchase with your order number, the name/product code of the item and we will attempt to accommodate your request. Once the order is processed, we cannot accept cancellation nor changes.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping depends on the product and type of order. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy to view complete details on shipping time product and location wise.
4. I have not received my order, what should I do?
you have not received any tracking number within 48 hours (working days) from the date of order. Please contact us via WhatsApp and we will do the necessary.
5. What are the accepted methods of payment?

6. Will I receive a confirmation email when I place my order?

Hi there, yes we do have installment plans. Our installment plan is 6 months and 12 months 0% interest. For online purchase we have Maybank, CIMB Bank, HongLeong Bank and American Express.In store purchase we accept Maybank, CIMB Bank, HSBC, Standard Chartered, UOB, American Express, Affin Bank, Alliance Bank, citiBank, AmBank Group, BSN, OCBC and RHB.

Yes, we do have BUY NOW PAY LATER payment method. We accept atome buy now pay later.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4. How will my item ship?
We will be using a courier service, lalamove/grab service, third-party outsourced lorry transporter service to deliver, depending on the product and location.
For Sabah/Sarawak and International orders we will use the means of transport by Air or Sea depending on the product, weight, size and other necessary requirements.
5. How do I track my item?
Once we have packed your goods to be delivered, we will send you an email with the tracking number or equivalent necessary document to view your delivery progress.
6. Do you ship to SABAH, SARAWAK and SINGAPORE?
Yes we do deliver all over West and East Malaysia and Singapore. Kindly contact us for further information.
7. Do you ship Internationally?
Yes we are capable to deliver internationally. For Shipping charges please view at the time of check-out, or contact us for further information.
8. What if I need to modify my order?

We cannot modify your order after the shipping process has started.
For customised/made to order/ pre-order goods can only be modified if the manufacturing or procurement process for your original order has not started.

10. Missed Delivery
Please ensure that you are available to accept delivery.
