Some shops lure customers with gifts or discounts and force them to put 5 stars on Google Maps, but the 5-star of this shop is true.Mr.Zee is very reliable.When I started thinking about custom-made sisal carpets, I sent the same questions to Mr. Zee @ Crown Furniture & Carpets and Ms. Anna @ Rattan Art Furniture.He answered immediately and they were very logical, while Anna couldn’t answer soon and they were incorrect.When I visited both of them, Crown Furniture & Carpets was organized, while Rattan Art Furniture was messy.Who chooses Rattan Art Furniture then?Of course, I placed an order from this shop and Mr. Zee’s attitude was professional from beginning to end.I’m proud of my own decision to choose this shop.Moreover, their staff members are punctual and polite.Additionally I fell in love with their elephant.

I recently had the pleasure of managing two significant projects: laying carpet for a new Mosque and replacing the old carpet in a nearby Surau. Mosques/suraus are places for prayers and reflection and it’s important to provide a comfortable environment. As such, the committee wants good quality carpet for comfort that provides sufficient cushioning and padding for worshippers to kneel and to sit for extended period of time. Henceforth, carpet thickness, underlay, material softness & texture and durability plays key role in our selection.After a thorough search that included visits to eight carpet suppliers, I discovered Crown Furniture & Carpets (CFC) through an online search. My initial contact with Mr. ZeeShan was prompt and professional, setting the tone for an exceptional experience. CFC's extensive selection, tailored for Mosques and Suraus, was impressive, offering options that spanned from budget-friendly to high-end. Mr. ZeeShan's presentation to our committee was spot-on, matching our criteria for comfort and durability.The Surau's carpet replacement was completed in just one day, to the delight of the worshippers. The quality and installation were praised, making the space more inviting for prayer. The Mosque project is on hold, awaiting the completion of necessary authorization, but I am confident it will be equally successful.Throughout the process, Mr. ZeeShan's responsiveness and pleasant demeanor stood out. You can find all sort of carpets from modern to classic look. High quality. Can customize the size as well. They also have those highest grade premium carpets from Iran. A lot of ready stock, so no need to wait. Installation team is very helpful too, moving my furniture around to best place the carpets. Awesome ! Highly recommended!

Beautiful Afghan tribal carpets for the prayer area. The colours are so rich and vibrant, the fur so thick and soft and it they were rather an intresting point of discussion. Tq Mr Norman and Mr Kazi for sharing the historical culture of the country and its people for through the purchase of the carpets we were enlightened as if we walked through history itself... I live in Singapore and I recently bought a carpet online in a shop in Malaysia (Crown Furniture & Carpets - Kuala Lumpur). At first I hesited because you never know what happens after you make the payment. But in fact the service has been perfect. Mr Zeeshan (the owner) made a video of his guys packing properly my carpet and sends it to me. He then sent someone from his shop to Aramex head office - the transporter (45 min away) for saving time so that the carpet can leave faster. The carpet arrived very fast at my place (in only 4 days, weekend included). I am very happy with the carpet, the transaction, the delay and the services of Mr Zeeshan. Again a big thank you!

Zee Shan and team are very helpful and attentive to all the request. I would rate more than 5 stars for their services and their quality of their carpet is worth every penny (you can compare the quality with others and you will tell the difference)! They even come all the way to our house with few samples for us to choose to make sure we get the best matching carpet and sizes to fit our living room. Although there was a lot of carpet with affordable price in Shopee, but after read the reviews, those seems like the quality like made in China.. very difficult to find a good carpet via online. This shop had been opened for many years since I was in high school, so I come here to buy rabbit fur carpet, the carpet is nicer and many choices and also high quality. The Pakistan man will offer you a reasonable price; their carpet is the best in KL.

Initially, bought a carpet from them last year during the home expo at MITEC and was buying at an exhibition price (promo price). However, when i finally did come to their shop to choose the carpet design & collect it yesterday, i was given further discounted price when i opted to buy a bigger size carpet. In terms of the carpet that i bought, the quality are very good & it feels soft too.
